Myntra.com — Received a wrong product and myntra is not ready to refund or exchange

My order details:
Men Pack of 4 Assorted Cotton Trunks #010-BOXER BRIEF-ASST-P3

I ordered Levis Trunk which coasts 660 and I received a worthless plastic bottle. When I connected with customer care they have created one request and without any resolution marked the status as resolved. This is really shows how pathetic Myntra serving their customers
