I've ordered a Taavi black and grey dress of size- L from Myntra with order id[protected]-7137603. I received a different green dress with size - S. I raised a request to to return the product as I got a different one with the request ID - IN[protected] on 5th of May, however, Myntra rejected the requested stating that they sent the correct product and closed the request. After being on phone with them for more than an hour, they reopened the ticket. I've sent the pictures as well with the wrong dress. When checked the packet correctly, there is different barcode under the barcode that was scanned by these myntra people. The original barcode which is under the one that was scanned is the dress that I got in the delivery. These guys are just annoying. I've attached the images of the order and also the barcodes. They've made the mistake and they're blaming me stating that I'm misusing the platform which is a false allegation on me. I've been mentally disturbed and went through emotional damage. I want compensation for all the time, money, my mental health and reputation that has been damaged by Myntra.com
