I ordered bluetooth earphones from myntra on 8th february 2020. And received the product next day 9th february
2020 around 12:30pm. The payment was done through cash. When i opened the package from myntra the box inside
Wasn't well packed. Then i found that the box was empty and there was no wireless earphones inside it. Then i instantly
Called their customer care service, they told me that they have filed a complaint for the same and the problem will be
Resolved soon. Then i called their customer service on 11th february 2020 in the morning and they told me that within
24 hrs the problem will be resolved but around 9:18pm in night i received a message from myntra that the problem is
Resolved then i called their customer service and they told me that the complaint is declined and i cannot be resolved.
They further told me that they could do nothing. When i asked them to connect me with their senior they put me on hold
And i never talked to their seniors. My 2850rs is wasted and i am left with just an empty box.
