Myntra.com — received courier package with items missing.. partial shipment

Ordered aurelia yellow off from myntra. Received it on 24th jan 2020. The package came with only kurta outer layer.. Their was missing inner white, pant and dupatta. Immediately within 10min called customer care and complaint registered. They assured of resolving but after more than week i just received mail saying it's declined as they prechecked and sent sealed package... Then where the items gone missing..? Why customer has to go through the loss of 2062 rupees...? They have very bad service. Why customer wil raise complaint of missing item if received complete suit... They cheated many people same way... I had worst experience. The kurta was not picked up not i received my refund amount...
