I ordered a Vega hair straightening brush but received a damaged/defective product which they now refuse to pick up even though the product description clearly mentioned 15 day hassle free return .
On a loop they keep on asking me to contact the brand for servicing the product even though I have told that I wished to return the product.

Myntra had once send a dress to me without a price tag and bar code and then also did not accept the product. It is the same again. Worst customer experience ever Was this information helpful? |
