I am Dr. P. K. Santra received one defective Wall Clock (RANGRAGE Navy Blue) bearing the following details:

iv. Shipment #: [protected].
Clock stops after sometime and we fail to use the same. It is therefore requested to do the needful such that the clock may be replaced with good one at earliest. For the delivery of good one against the defective clock and as a ready reference the copy of Tax invoice is also attached herewith.
