1. Order placed for Amazfit unisex smartwatch for Rs 10, 799/- 2. Amount pre-paid through upi 3. Received a carton where the smartwatch box within was tempered and the smartwatch and its charger are missing 4. Jul 6, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved 'Not yet resolved' They updated their response in the help centre of my account that they 'investigated the matter and found that the complete product was delivered'. Yes the package was delivered but product within was MISSING..NO REFUND NO REPLACEMENT Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 06, 2022 Updated by Kakoty.yelena Also received a call from Myntra executive that nothing can be done in this regard.
