[Resolved] Myntra.com — Received faulty slippers from Myntra

I received a faulty mochi beige slippers (both slippers are for the right leg) and would like to return it and get a refund. I had previously raised a complaint regarding the product. A return request was made but the courier agent is asking for a serial number in order to return the product. Please help me with the same.
