On 7th October l received a black top and l had ordered 3 items 1 Athena Black top, 1 Athena pink top and trouser set and a pair of H&M heels, on 7th October l received only the black top but in the Myntra app the status of tha pink top and trouser set was also showing as delivered so l called the delivery agent again to confirm if he has missed the pink trouser and top set by mistake, but he confirmed that there was only 1 package in my name and obviously the pink set was not there in the package, and then started the tiring process of contacting the customer care no. asking about the status of my missing order, today is 28th October l have been constantly taking follow ups but to my uter dismay, everytime l am asked to wait for 24-48 hours, l have been patient this whole time but now this has become quite annoying and frustrating as l have other things to do as well.This kind of behaviour is not expected from a reputed company like Myntra l have been an Elite member of Myntra and had trusted Myntra blindly but the kind of response l am getting is quite disheartening.Please take immediate action on my issue.
