Recently I ordered a pair of "Puma Women White Cruise Rider Colourblocked Sneakers" in size 7.
I received my order on 11th of March 2022, the condition of the product was very bad, the box was completely torned off, shoes were dirty with marks all over it.
The only reason I accepted the product from the delivery guy was only because the box was covered with the Khaki coloured Paper Packet of Myntra (in which they usually deliver in) which was in good condition.
After opening the package and finding it in such poor condition, I immediately raised a Return request on the same day and mentioned the same issue for return; The order was picked up from me on 12th of March 2022.
After returning the product, It's reflecting on my Myntra app that my Return request has been declined because of quality check issues.
***My issue is that my sole reason for returning the order was because of poor quality, how can the return request be declined. I don't want the product it's Myntra's fault to send poor quality product, and put the blame on customer.
The same product was returned without any damage from our concern. It's very disappointing to hear such response from a reputated site like yours. It's very clear that product was not damaged from our end, how you delivered us we returned it in the same way. I want my refund back for my product please don't reship us, please do check your quality check's again and refund our amount .
I request to kindly look into the matter, and find a solution to refund the amount paid by me i.e. Rs 4099/- . *** Was this information helpful? |
