I placed an order for h&m jacket on 14.01.2020 vide order no.[protected]-9361701 from myntra as per enclosed screenshot, which was delivered to me on 17.01.2020 but all i found was an old used sweater in the package instead of the h&m jacket which was expecting to be delivered to me as i paid humongous price for it. The box packing which i received is a small box in which only a sweater or similar items can be packed not a parka jacket as it requires a big box, which clearly shows that i did not received the right product as all my details are affixed on the box.
Now when i raised issue with myntrasupport team regarding my concern, i was told that they did their quality check and delivered the h&m jacket only and closed my query without any proper resolution. They said that they have declined my return & refund request and their decision stands final. I again raise the issue with myntra but they said that as they have reinvestigate the complaint so there is nothing more they can do and they will not refund my money.
When i offer them to send any executive to check the box they said that after re investigation the complaint can not be entertained further. I know they will not check the box as it will reveal their fraud and they say the they shipped the right product but what about the delivery??? Isn't myntra responsible for right delivery also.. How can they decline my claim when i am ready to show all the proofs.
From 17.01.2020 i am continuously following up with team myntra but instead of refunding my money they always repeat a same line that your claim stands decline. They are harassing me from last one and half month..
I request you to please look into the matter and help me to get my money back from this fraud shopping app i. E. Myntra. It is my hard earned money...
