Myntra.com — received wrong product but myntra is not accepting return

I placed order for a lehenga of worth rs 16000 approx on 9 nov 2019.. I recieved it on 16 november 2019.. Order no.[protected]-9709101... I recieved wrong product and asked myntra to place return request for it.. Myntra denied the pickup.. I asked to help me out for the return and refund my money
.. But myntra denied and is not accepting the return.. What to do now??
