I have ordered a product from myntra which was delivered on 27/02/2022 for that product first I have made payment from my FI account which was successful from my end but not reflected on Myntra's delivery partner's app then he asked me to pay once again from another payment mode but i refuse and wait for sometime for payment to be reflected then he again asked me to pay again from another payment mode then I had paid with from my paytm account which was a successful transaction and it also reflected in the Myntra's delivery partner's app, then he said me that the refund of my FI account money will be credited in the same account in which payment was initiated in 4 - 5 days . Then I have waited for 6 or 7 days then i have complaint my issue to myntra customer care but i have not refunded my refund amount till today.
