Myntra.com — refund because of failed transaction

Sir,
I had placed an order for two girls top on myntra.com. Unfortunately the transaction didnt take place properly and the amount of rs. 932 was deducted from my dena bank account (A/c no:[protected]). Also no trace of the transaction can be seen in the "my orders' menu as well. I am afraid i lose this sum. Kindly force them to refund the amount debited from my account.
