I was delivered a sealed myntra package. The box which was inside the sealed package was open, the product (Ring) which was supposed to be inside it was missing/ stolen / lost in transit by your efficient packaging team.
Upon raising a complaint with your call centre almost within 10 minutes of the package delivery, i was assured an investigation and process of my refund claim.
Today i received a call from your customer care to inform me that the claim had been declined after an 'investigation'.
The ring (Which wasn't delivered at all) cost me rs.700 and it cost myntra a regular shopper. Perhaps also your goodwill. Never again am i ever shopping with your website which is at par with fraudulent/ fake shopping sites.
You ought to have shown some grace and good sense to save your already loss making business and process a refund.
I'm appalled at your attitude and it won't be a surprise if you eventually have to wind up with your losses in profits and goodwill combined. Was this information helpful? |
