On jul 16th i ordered two skirts from myntra and the fit was too big, so i requested the two to be exchanged for a smaller size. They both came in one myntra package and as they were ordered together and requested to be exchanged together.. I put both of them in their original single packaging and requested for exchange on the same day!
When the exchange package came on jul 19th i returned the single packet with both the skirts and informed the agent particularly regarding the same. I asked the agent to confirm if both exchange products are to be in one and they confirmed the same. When i got the exchange of smaller size i noticed that there was only one item in it. I called the customer care immediately regarding item number 2 and they told me it was my fault to return both of them at once. I understand i should have checked if both items were there but i believed their delivery agent.
The customer care guy took my complaint. After 10 days they said they didn't find my item, blamed me for my carelessness and told me they will not refund the money.
As i really needed that second skirt anyway i placed a separate order hoping they would refund my money anyway. I called the delivery agent on 20th jul to confirm if she safely sent both the items in the same package and she affirmed the same.
But today after several follow ups, calls, emails they've declined my refund several times and i cannot believe they'd say i was to blame and that they cannot do anything further.
I've been following them up for days and they take too long to resolve the smallest issue. I'm so disappointed as this is the second time they're putting me through the same drama. They have updated the skirt as "returned to origin" on the app and here they say didn't receive it. I don't understand what that means?
I want my refund immediately and have decided to no longer be patient about this further. Please help me sort this matter at the earliest. I have done my best to keep calling them and trying to get this fixed.
