I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Refund denied by Myntra for 2 Blazers and a pair of shoes due to quality check failed
The issue that I have experienced was: I had returned my three products (2 blazers and 1 pair of shoes, INR 8, 504) few days back. Myntra agent came and checked the product thoroughly. I returned the products in the same new condition with all the tags intact. Even Myntra agent checked it and confirmed that the products are in new condition with all the tags intact before pickup. Now Myntra is saying that your return has been rejected due to quality issues. They are denying refunding my money even though I have returned the products in new condition with all the tags intact. They are forcing me to keep the products by sending them back to me and denying my refund. When their own agent checked the quality of the products while returning the products then how can they reject my return based on quality? I had raised the concern with their team but no resolution. I raised this concern on twitter also but no resolution so far. Kindly help me to get my refund.
