I placed an order on 3rd November and it was delivered to me on 8th November within 30 minutes of delivery I placed return request as quality, color were of cheap quality not even worth of 5 rs, I didn't even open the package properly, neither i tried it on myself and I kept the package as it is and pickup was scheduled on same day but pickup guy called me and said he will send someone to pick it up on 9th November as he is not available and I said fine. He came on 9th and picked up the order and after 6-7 hours I got a mail that it failed quality check as brand tag was missing. How on earth I am responsible if it came like that only as I didn't even open the package properly and neither I tried it on myself. Just do basic math calculations of timing of delivery, return request, pickup ad I placed return request immediately after receiving the product. I think Myntra is running scam to sell their cheap quality product without tag and nobody checks the product when delivery guy is present so all responsibility comes on customer. It's proper and clear case of fraud strategy. I just want my refund back and make the policy to check the product infront of delivery guy to see if tag is present in products or not otherwise myntra will keep on looting their customers as I saw exact similar cases in below complaints Was this information helpful? |
