Myntra.com — refund didn't get in my bank account

Address: D-51, Sector 27 pocket D, Anjali market, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, 201301

I bought 2 items from myntra on 10 dec 2019 on 13 dec i return back 1 item and on 14 dec they proceed refund of 827 rupees for that item but i didn't get any refund. They provide me the reference number to track tha refund by bank but when i contact with bank they are unable to help me i out through this as they didn't receive any refund from myntra. So i want my refund back.
