[Resolved]  Myntra.com — Refund has not been initiated

I have ordered a Libas green kurtas set which includes(kurta, palazzo and Dupatta) but I have not received the dupatta in the set so I have put a return request on the 31st january, 2022 and the item has been picked up on 1st february, 2022. But after that it is showing return is in hold due to quality check failed. How it is possible i didn't even used that product. I saw dupatta was not there so i put return request. Now they are saying product will get re-ship to my address. What kind of fraud Myntra is doing with customers?

The company has messaged and called me to solve my problem. I have contacted them through social media such as Facebook and Twitter. Within one week it has been solved. I contacted them every day to know the status of my problem and solution. I thank Myntra customer executives for their constant effort and polite behaviour.
