I am complaining this again since it is not resolved but marked as resolved
28/12/2019 in myntra order no[protected]-7616101 saree ordered rs 1014/-by cod.
4/1/2020 by 1330 hrs received the pocket. Opened the outter cover and immeditaely found the saree ordered is entirely different. Without opening the pocket, refund request no [protected] processed immediately in app
5/1/2020 by 1330 hours the same delivery agent picked up the pocket along with the outter cover and tags and he also seeing the image confirmed it is entirely different. The delivery agent contact number shared by myntra is [protected].
On 5/1/2020 by eve got an email from [protected]@myntra.com that the return request put on hold as the picked up item did not pass the quality check, no reply from the delivery agent when called several times.in the morning initiated one request call and a call from one mr harjit came from[protected]. I explained thorughly the case. He says he will look into the matter. How a saree which is not at all opened from the inner cover failed in qulaity pick up test?. Whether these delivery agents are cheating or the warehouse persons are cheating. This caused me lot of mental agony why i should be punished for no fault of mine. The only fault i have done is ordering this saree from myntra. Kindly get my amount refunded at the earliest.
