Myntra.com — refund initiated but not came into my bank account even after 15 days

I created the return request on myntra. I got the message that refund has been initiated. But still it has not come into my account. My bank is asking for sender details which myntra is not providing. Moreover the reference number given by myntra is same when i place the order. I am calling myntra and bank people daily. Myntra customer care is not helping and pushing everything on bank. Bank people are telling get details from merchant site. .. Kindly help
