Myntra.com — Refund initiated but not received on my end

On the 9th of April, Myntra apparently initiated a refund of amount 749 rupees for a returned pair of shoes but I have not received the amount on my side. I paid via Paytm wallet, and have checked my bank transactions as well, the refund hasn't been processed on my side in either of them.

Myntra claims it's with Paytm and has given me a reference number for the apparent refund. I don't know how to proceed further to get my money back. I've already tried contacting Myntra multiple times saying I have checked my transactions and yet not been refunded.
