I had placed and return request for 2 items which came from same seller. since the seller for both the items are same so it was packed back in the same way.
Seller is Ferocraft E-Retail.
I had ordered Ferosh Hair bin and necklace. Both came in same box. So since it was not good I returned back and picked up by ECart logistics. Both the items were returned in the same box only. But Myntra told one item is not received back or lost in the transmission. They did not refund me 399 of Ferosh hair pin. For Myntra it’s a small amount but customer like me got cheated. If they earn 399 from many customers they earn lacks easily.
Please take action on them. They made me wait so long and later didn’t reply at all.
