Myntra.com — Refund issue: Amount deducted but order not placed

I made an order on 31st Dec, 2021 on Myntra (Order No:[protected]-1684103) for an amount of Rs. 2, 949 and the amount got deducted from my bank account but the order was not placed. Initially I made the payment using SBI netbanking but I have not received its refund yet. I checked with the bank they gave me a written statement showing the whole amount was successfully transferred from their end. I have contacted Myntra through customer care number multiple times but they are unable to resolve this issue every time.
