I made a transaction on myntra using payzapp wallet on 2nd october 2019.
I returned two kurtis worth 429.45 and 410.54 for which the refund was processed from myntra. However i didnt receive the refund, so i contacted the myntra team. They sent me an email where it says my refund has been successfully processed but i still did not get the money in my wallet. So i contacted the payzapp team, they said that they havent received any order from myntra to refund my money, so i sent payzapp team the email provided by myntra. After that, the payzapp team emailed the myntra team asking for request to refund my money but they got a reply from myntra that i have fully received my services and do not give any refund. Which is contrary to the email which they have sent to me with the reference numbers saying that my refund has been processed. From the past 3 months i am being sandwiched by both payzapp and myntra. Myntra tells me that refund is processed, contact payzapp and payzapp tells me that they havent received request from myntra to process the refund.
Clearly someone has done a fraud in the system as the money is processed by myntra and payzapp is telling me myntra has told not to refund the money to me.
This is the last resort i have, i request you to please take a look.
