I placed my order for corsica sandal on 04.11.2019 with order no[protected]-9565501. I recieved a defective product. It appeared that the sandals were already used. I placed the return request with return no [protected]. Now i have recieved the message that the return failed quality check and refun is on hold.
The product was already damaged. How am i responsible for quality check?
