However, since you have yet not received it into your bank account. Let me assist you with further steps on resolving your refund concern.

I request you to kindly review the below details before disputing it further with your bank customer support team:-
1: Are you referring to the bank statement which has the debit of Rs 1208.00/- on 22 June 2019.
2: The refunded amount should have been credited by 07 July 2019.
If all the above actions have been executed and you are unable to locate the refund on your bank statement, I kindly request you to you contact your Bank/Card Support team along with Bank Transaction Reference Numbers via a telephone call and dispute the transaction as refund not received.
If your bank support team is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'Refund Not Processed? with them by referring below link. (https://cms.onlinesbi.com/CMS/).

We would like to inform you that your refund is successfully processed into your source account. For your reference we have listed out bank reference number/s.
As we see, refund has been processed on Thu Jul 04 and Thu Jun 27, it will take 7-10 days to reflect in the source account.

Your first 6 digit of the card number will be 607270.
For any further disputes, I would request you to kindly contact your bank customer support team. The contact details of the Bank support team will be printed on the flip side of the debit/credit card issued. You can also click on the link provided below to file a dispute on the Bank's portal.

Some nationalized banks may take more time than normal to credit the amount. If your bank support team is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed' with them.
