Myntra.com — Refund money issue

Name- Riddhi Acharya
I was ordered a product and due to some reason I cancelled that
And pay through Paytm but I haven't received any refund
But they said that they proceed my refund and for confirmation i was called in my bank customer care but they said that you didn't recieve any type of refund.
So please resolve my issue asap
I need my money back.
