I have placed a bulk order on Myntra of 20 products out of which 5 products were delivered on 9th March 2022. I tried the products and placed a return request on the same day and it was picked up by the agent on the same day itself. While returning I showed each item and tags to the person who had come to collect the items. Every time refund is initiated maximum by next day however in this case it was kept on hold as it failed quality check. I called up the customer care and they informed me that the product was used and they will look in to the matter. These 5 products are worth Rs 5441
