After receiving various orders from Myntra, three of the delivered products were requested for return pickup. The pickup was first declined by Ekart and on requesting pickup again, the products were finally picked up on November 14, 2020. The refund of two of the picked up items was processed on the same date. But to my surprise the refund of one of the items with order id #1156374 [protected] was not initiated. After checking the same, it was found that the return was rather rejected due to quality check issue. Immediately, I called the myntra customer care to enquire about why the quality check was rejected after picking up the item. But I was told that as per the courier partner, the product was not picked up. I immediately lodged a complaint saying that the product has already been picked up. It was further mentioned by me that even after asking for the pickup receipt, courier partner didn't give the same. This trend of not giving the receipt is being followed by the courier guys for last one year. The complaint was closed by the myntra saying that no such pick up has been made. The complaint was lodged thrice by me but myntra and its courier partner has rejected my claim saying that no such pick up was made. Finally today, after feeling like being cheated by them, I am approaching this platform to listen to my grievances. I have been a loyal customer of Myntra but the company is treating me like this. I request you to kindly look into this matter and either return me the product picked up or refund me the money. Was this information helpful? |
