This is to bring into light the horrible service from Myntra where for return of a product quality check was thoroughly approved and the product was picked up. But then your amazing tean decides to harass the cm by deciding to reject the return after 2 days and then expect the customer to accept the unsealed package back which was returned in the first place for very reason of product being recieved in old, tattered and what can be called as used product. I can not accept such an old product. It came in a tattered polythene packing, of which I informed your team immediately after recieving the order and they assisted me to raise return on app, and by denying the return now your company is just tormenting the customer . This is an arbitrary practise from your end. I initiated the return in given time period with all tags and everything intact.It does not make any legal or moral sense to not accept return within your company policies unfairly. Kindly consider this issue seriously because 9k bucks means a lot to some people which may not be so to you and it is resentful and disappointing for your company to thug customer's hard earned money like that.
Your team when given a choice has now decided to keep my money with them only, such a petty behavior from "India's largest Fashion Site"
