Myntra.com — Refund not initiated after 48 hours

Dear sir/madam

I made an order from Myntra company on 18th October 2022. While making the payment I chose the option of payment through UPI and completed the payment.

The payment was successfully done with UPI Reference number :[protected].
But when I checked the order details the mode of payment was showing as pay on delivery even though I had already paid for it.

I checked my bank account and it showed that the amount of ₹2579 was debited and payment was successfully done.

I also checked the paytm UPI transaction history and it too showed that the payment was already done.

I contacted paytm and ICICI bank and both of them confirmed that payment was successfully made from my account and it is received by Myntra company.

When I reached out to Myntra on the first day they said to wait for 48 hours and the amount shall be refunded.
I contacted them again the next day after 24 hours and got a response that there was some issue with the payment gateway and that’s why payment was failed and the amount will be reverted.

But both the paytm and the ICICI bank had confirmed that payment was successfully made to Myntra company and asked to me share the UPI with Myntra.

Myntra company is not refunding my account and keeps on delaying.
Also they send a msg Everytime I make a complaint saying that issue has been resolved even though it is still there.

I want my refund. Please please help me out.

I am also attaching the screenshot of the transaction that says the transaction was successful and my money was debited from my account.

I am also attaching a detailed bank account statement that states the payment was successfully made to Myntra company.
