Myntra.com — refund not initiated

I had ordered a pair of Roadster coffee brown sneakers along with Navy Blue color of the same company..
It was a prepaid order for which i repent for not setting the payment option to COD
Navy Blue color sneakers were delivered on 16th of December, 2019.
The Coffee Brown sneakers was supposed to arrive along with the other pair...But it was missing
I, immediately called up the customer service and illustrated this issue..
Now speaking about customer care executives, they're one of the pathetic, miserable executives I've ever spoken to, on phone.. They're such mean and evil creatures.
At first, they'd tell me to wait for 2 min to check some information related to this issue and they'd ask me to stay on hold for 2 min and then they would turn their back and blatantly cut the call, which is atrocious..
The executive they've hired, are so unresponsive and are not even trained to speak properly..
From the past 10 days, i have called them for more than 15 times to get the update regarding my refund.. And everytime, i was asked to wait patiently for 24hrs..
But even after waiting for 11 days, the refund is not yet reflected in my account..
I trust this delay is just an oversight, but i need the refund immediately
I'm looking forward to launch a consumer complaint against Myntra for not resolving this particular issues
