Give me the refund of the wrong parcel I received. It has been a long time since I have complained, but I have not complained but no action was taken and my account was blocked. The Correspondent Partner came to me and talked to the abusive man, I asked him to remove it from the company. G will also say that even though that parcel was already approved, he spoke to me inappropriately. Which of your policies is it written that any delivery agent should come and talk to the abusive person, because of which I have been blocked?, Tell me in your policy that within which policy it is written that the delivery parcel is going to be delivered, then talk to the customer inappropriately while the parcel was already approved, I need your Npani be a me parcel wrong brand has blocked my account
