[Resolved]  Myntra.com — Refund not processed after 14 days of pickup

I ordered dot n key lip balm from myntra and the product is already opened and used.so i have returned it to mytra back after they confirm return..then i contacted customer care but they are not giving me an answer, they just tell me to wait..it's been 14 days..still no refund.. this is injustice..i need my refund amount asap. I have already created an issue on myntra and the issue details are
