My order got lost on 15th may and it got initiated on 15th itself.. Till now i didn't got my refund. They are saying that the bank has not processed it.. They have transferred it from their end.

Please process it as soon as possible...
I don't have much savings with me.. Please refund it as soon as possible.

This is regarding the order no.[protected]-5772301 for MANGO Women Black Solid Mid-Top Heeled Boots.
i've returned the product today, but didn't received the refund yet. Am i gonna get the refund? I've already mailed your customer care few times but they are not taking care of my problem. Please refund my money asap.
