I received a men sweater instead of a women shirt ...I returned the sweater intact with tags ...it's been a month no update from myntra . I called myntra 5 times ...the executive just pick up the call n talk non sense ...5 times calling them was a waste ...no one helped me
I had placed a request for return of my order but no body has arrived to pick it up. I had received calls twice that my pick would be re sheduled due to some error on their part but to my suprise nobody has yet arrived for the pick up. This is really disappointing. Would be glad if you could see into it.

The product was of bad quality so I made a return request they accepted and picked my product but the money was not refunded. It's been 20 days but yet my refund amount was not processed
