Myntra.com — refund not received on my order

I bought a product (New era cap) on 24th june 2019 and had returned it on july 4th 2019. I had received a mail saying that the refund of amount 656 rupees will be processed within 7-10 business days, but it has been more than 20 days and i have not received my money back yet. My order number is[protected]-7810701. Please look into this issue as soon as possible.
