There was no return pickup facility for this product. When I called the customer care they asked me to do the following -
1) To raise a self-ship return request on myntra to get a return id
2) Pack the item in a packet and inside the same packet to put a white paper where the order id and return id is written properly along with the product
3) Self Ship the product to this address 430, Pashupati bhattacharjee Road, PS-Behala, PO-Paschim putiary, Kolkata - 700041
Also they mentioned any courier partner except for DTDC will do. India post is also fine.

I sent the courier as was told by the customer care personnel on 16th November 2021, sent it via India post and it took me Rs. 30 to self-ship the same.

After that i waited i received an update that the item delivery has been refused and the item was re-delivered to me.
When i received the item again i called the customer care executive they asked me to do the following -
1) Their Return Facility Address has changed now and now the address is
**East
Plot no.5&6, Arrjavv Industrial Park, Durgapur expressway, near coal India ltd, Dankunibil, West Bengal - 712310 (Packages sent through courier company “DTDC courier” are not accepted, please refrain from shipping your product through them)
and the remaining process remains the same as before
2) They mentioned they will refund me the courier charges for both the courier charges as that is the fault on their end via Myntra Credits and for the product to my original payment method which was Google Pay.
I again reshipped the product as was told by the customer care personnel on 23rd November 2021, sent it via India post and it took me Rs. 41 to self-ship the same.

After that, I waited for my refund but nothing came.
I called customer care multiple times but nobody could give me a solution. I only faced harassment and stress regarding my refund.
My last conversion was with Shreyas the Case Manager from the Escalation Desk on 18th December 2021.
That day itself Shreyas also canceled my return request raised.
He wrote me that they have received the item and that they will refund the amount for my product within 22nd December 2021. Once i receive the refund for the product then they will refund both of my courier charges.
Till Date i haven't received my refund. (As of today it is 26th December 2021)
I want the following
Product Refund: Rs. 587
Courier Charges Refund: Rs. 30 + Rs. 41
Please help and I am sick of talking to customer care and everytime explaining the same to a new person again and again.
