Myntra.com — Refund not received yet from Myntra of 3342

I have ordered a product from Myntra and returned it and they initiated refund for the same from their side. But i have not received it yet. I have contacted them so many times they said they can't do anything about it. I have also visited my home branch they also denied. I also contacted bank support they also denied. Please help me to get my money back. Pleasee its hard earned money. How i can suppose to just lose this amount. Amount- Rs. 3342.00/-: Bank reference number[protected].
