I had placed an order for Antheaa Green Accordion Pleasted A- Line Top (XXL) for a price of Rs.769 from myntra app (Order ID # 1205009 [protected]). When delivered, the agent collected Rs 1013 through a scanner. Order was collected by my flatmate as I was in a call, so he paid through my phone. Also, as he was not aware about the amount to pay he did not raise an objection to the agent. Its when I was free I realised that extra amount has been paid.
I then reached myntra CC and explained the situation, as I had 2 complaints regarding same order- they messed up. Firstly, they placed a return request for me, when I wanted an exchange. I had to cancel the return through the app and get the prod exchanged first.
Once I was through with the exchange and satisfied with the product I had received after exhange, I have since been reaching out to Myntra CC and they keep on cancelling my request w/o even understanding the entire matter.
I have all the proofs that shows the extra money was paid by me through scaning a QR. Msg from my bank tells me that the money went to Myntra,
Its been weeks if not a full month of chasing this team. All I want is a refund do the extra amount charged (which is Rs.254). Is it too much for the company to understand?
