Your kind attention is invited to the refund of Rs 947/- due to be from Myntra since October 2021. The sequence of events are as under :-
I had placed an order for the following items :

Ordered on - 16th Oct 2021
Delivered on - 19th Oct 2021

On delivery, it was noticed that both the bags were defective, i.e the inner lining cloth of the bag was completely torn. Tried exchanging the first bag, for which the option was that, an order had to be placed for any other item and only the balance amount would be refunded. Hence, an order was placed for earrings (silver toned contemporary jhumkas) of Rs.401. The jhumkas were delivered on 25th October and the bag which was to be exchanged was collected by the delivery boy. So a net refund of Rs.947/[protected] is due to me, which is pending till date, though three months have already lapsed. The matter was time and again reported to the customer care who went on giving assurances that the refund is already processed and would be credited within a week, but the assurances remained mere assurances, till date.
Secondly, the exchange with regard to the second bag could not be done as I was unable to click the ‘proceed exchange’ option. On enquiry with the customer care, the solution given time and again was to uninstall and install the app or try from a different device. The solutions given failed repeatedly and the exchange period lapsed. The net result being the defective bag lying with me till date.
You are once again requested to look into the matter and refund the amount due to me of Rs.947/- immediately, , or else I will be forced to lodge a complaint with the consumer court. A very bad experience indeed.
