This is samira sharma. I had ordered from myntra on 21st january 2020 for an amount of rs.467 and paid through my google pay account. I had cancelled the order on the same day and i haven't received my refund amount yet. I had contacted the myntra support team and they gave me a transaction id as a proof that the amount has been processed from their side and asked me to contact the google support team and my bank support team. The google pay team asked me to contact my bank because they are only a platform and they cannot help me with my issue. I did contact my bank but my bank support team provided me a screenshot that no records have been found for that particular transaction id. The myntra team then asked me to provide the screenshot from bank and also my bank statement as a proof. I mailed them these things but after providing all the proofs they are again asking me to contact my bank support team and google pay team. I have been contacting them since 15 days now and they are not providing me a solution from their side. First they are asking me for proofs and after providing the proofs they are asking me to do the same thing of contacting the bank and google pay team again.
Also, i had placed an order of amount rs. 945 on 30 january 2020 and paid through google pay and had returned the order on 3rd feb 2020. The order was picked up on 4th feb 2020 and i haven't received the amount in my bank. They are repeating the same thing that the amount has been processed from their side.
Kindly look into this matter.
