I reached Myntra and created a case id no
IN[protected]on 27th March. i have also created IN[protected], IN[protected] for the same issue.
during my my 7th-8th email in next 15-25 days.
I was processing an order where a transaction failed on your website but my ICICI account was debited with Rs 15134 on march 14th.
I reached ICICI and Myntra through chat and they said to wait 7-10 business days.
After 7-10 business days when I reached ICICI they said Myntra had not given the funds back yet so they asked to reach Myntra again.
When I reached Myntra through chat on 27th this issue was raised for what I was told someone will get back to me on 30th march.
on 30th march the issue was closed by Myntra without providing a solution to me.
On 31st march when I reached Myntra chat support team they said they escalated it so wait 3 more days. and again 3 more days on april 4th and 6th.
that kept going till my last email on april 7th which I never received any response of.
ICICI told me if myntra did not receive the funds then they need to provide me a confirmation of the same with all details through email. then only my bank can process further.
I kept asking Myntra to just send me an email which my bank asked but they never emailed me.
all myntra did was kept closing my cases and sending me chat copy paste over my email responses which only said it was closed.
Now as I am in US I gave on them as they are not responding except going in circles. I am hoping i can be heard here at this platform and this is not acceptable consumer service not to even send an email saying this transaction funds we never received by us so I can dispute with my bank to move further.
