I ordered two hrx sports wear but it came out to be too high for me and did not open one of them because obviously the first one was big. It has been more than 15 days and they have told me it failed quality check that too both the products, how is it even possible when I haven't even opened the product and the delivery guy checked the product and all the tag were intact I did not get my refund, I did not even received a call back to what to do about it. I have been mantras customer for so long and such an issue is just so disappointing

At first I ordered one Roadstar shirt, size Xl. It was too large, so I go for exchange option and ordered the L size. But I got a worng product and then I requested for return with a correct reason but the delivery boy said that the product is not match with the product picture he get from myntra. So what can I do now? What I ordered and what I get, Pictures are given below⬇

Yes, I got my refund back. They asked me to email them the pictures so that they can confirm with the seller . I suggest you to call and speak to Myntra customer care executive. They will send an email where you need to attach pictures and write about the issue. It will be resolved .

I had ordered two Boston club women T-shirt on Myntra . As the T-shirt arrived the price tag was missing . The size of the T-shirt was small and the bigger size was out of stock so I applied for a return . This happened within half an hour of receiving the package . The very next day Myntra guy came to receive the parcel . They put my return request on hold giving the reason that -Quality check failed !!
The tag was missing from the time the T-shirt’s arrived . I wrote a review on the app then I received a email that I need to edit and resubmit my review!!!
This is really disappointing!!!

This happened with me too. The dress comes without a tag, but during return request, the delivery boy demands to see that tag to accept return pickup

Don’t worry . Speak to the customer care executive (Myntra toll free number ) and then they will email you a link for confirmation with the seller. Your amount will be refunded .

I had order a levies jeans which I rais return request to very poor quality but next day delivery boy call me and saying me next days your products should be pickup next day i go to the delivery agent for return my products but he refused to take this and say its jeep is not working after few moments I get a notifications that my return on hold please sir help me to return this

I had order a white and yellow half sleeve shirt which I raised return request for refund then delivery boy come but he refused to take this and say it is T shirt not a shirt so putting on hold till to receive your amount so please refund to my amount.

I ordered a Homesake sconce tea light candle holder. The package should have eight glass candle holders but I received seven so I returned the package but now they are saying it failed in quality check as price tag was missing but there were no price tags even the packaging was so bad while thermocol was broken. Now they have put it on hold I am said I received an incomplete package now you are not refunding the money so send me the product back I will the missing glass holder on my own they are saying we don’t know now it’s on hold cheer cheaters. It was my first experience and the worst one the customer care is too bad. Please help if anyone can.
