[Resolved] Myntra.com — refund process is taking too long

I purchased a tommy hilfiger bag and was not satisfied with it so asked for a refund. The bag was collected on friday the 29th of november 2019 and i was notified that my refund was initiated afterwards. To this end i have not received my refund and therefore ai do not understand the cause of this. I was told technical issues caused the delay but what has that got to do with me. I placed an order yesterday 30th nov in myntra of denim jacket and paid money through online UPI, the order was shown to be confirmed but i didnt get any confirmation mails nor it shows in my order about this order that i placed. Just contact me asap and i want my money to be refunded.
