The 2 products that i returned bearing the return id’s [protected] & [protected] with amount of 989 & 608. While filling my credentials for the refund process i made a mistake while entering my account number and according to myntra the refund has been initiated to that particular account successfully. While speaking to several myntra executives i was been instructed to contact my bank and raise a dispute at the gateway end, and according i did that but the bank is asking for the method of payment that Myntra made through the gateway so that we can start the recovery process. Also, the account number that I entered does not even exist so iam unable to understand how is the refund been successful and if in any case the deee has been done, i need to get the detail mentioned above so that i can recover my money.
