I ordered a shirt from Myntra company which was delivered to me on 12th April at around 1-2pm i raised a return/refund request on 12th by 5-6pm.
Company picked my order on 13th and there courier person checked all tags and shirt that it was in good condition. On 14th i got message from company that my refund is rejected because it did not pass quality check.
I called their customer care and they said product is used. i explained them everything that i did not use and i returned the product in few hours and the product they i used have all the tags additionally that product didn't even fit me. I was not able to close the buttons of shirt because it was too small for me.
Please help me with the same. i have seen on google that same complaint is registered by many other consumer who suffered. Was this information helpful? |
