I am highly disappointed that my below query has not been resolved inspite of me following up continuously on myntra app and via email.
I have been a loyal customer for last 8 years and very disappointed that Myntra has been so irresponsible regarding a valued customer's complaint.
Can you please resolve the below issue asap or advise me on how to escalate this complaint.
If this matter is not resolved asap I would be forced to close my account and request all my friends and family to stop using myntra.
"We have logged an issue multiple times on the app(attached ) that payment has been debited multiple times - 4times instead of only once.
This is regarding the Order ID # 1169586 [protected] has been debited multiple times, please refund the wrongly debited amount of Rs 1497.00, account details have been provided to myntra multiple times and give it again if required.
